Thirumalesh Yadav is a Managing Director of Golden Infra Developers. Golden Infra Developers is a Hyderabad-based real estate company developing Grand City, an HMDA-sanctioned plotted layout at Kongarakalan Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, on the Adibatla corridor in Ranga Reddy District.
As Managing Director he is part of the leadership team accountable for the company's plotted developments, from securing layout sanction through to handover of the approved documentation to buyers.
Grand City, the company's development at Kongarakalan, was taken through sanction before any plot was offered for sale. The layout carries HMDA sanction L.P. No. 1439/HMDA/SWDL/2026 and is registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under P02400010687. It comprises 127 plots from 163 to 380 sq. yards across a net 41,296.37 sq. yards, served by 33 ft cement concrete roads, an overhead water tank, underground drainage and overhead electricity.
Roughly a quarter of the layout — 25.70% — is given to roads and a further 7.52% to parks and open space, with services designed in from the outset rather than deferred to a later phase.
