Why no price is printed on this page
Rates are revised with each release of inventory. A number published today would be stale within weeks, and a stale price helps nobody. What is fixed — and printed on the approved layout sheet — is the facing surcharge shown above. Everything else is confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
