Yes. It is an HMDA sanctioned layout under L.P. No. 1439/HMDA/SWDL/2026, registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under RERA Regd. No. P02400010687. Both numbers are printed on the approved layout sheet, which we hand over for your advocate to verify.

Plots run from 163 sq. yards to 380 sq. yards across 127 plots. 167 sq. yards (30 ft × 50 ft) is the most repeated size in the layout. Ask for the current availability list — plot numbers are allotted on a first-come basis.

What is the price per square yard?

The basic price is quoted on enquiry because rates are revised with each release of inventory. What is fixed is the facing surcharge on top of the basic price: ₹1,000 for North East facing, ₹750 for North West and all corner plots, ₹500 for East facing, while West and South facing plots are at basic price.

Yes. Because the layout is HMDA approved and RERA registered, leading banks and housing finance companies fund plot purchase and subsequent construction. Some plots in the layout are marked as mortgage plots on the sanctioned sheet — we will tell you plainly whether the plot you choose is one of them.
